Role overview:
You will be responsible for driving CTV Media Sales Manager spend for the Nordics market against pre-defined targets. Working with key media agencies and their buying teams to unlock budgets for CTV advertising, you will create trusted relationships and create repeatable revenue.
Key responsibilities:
Build Market Awareness: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive CTV advertising revenue in your respective market.
Media Agency Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, serving as the key point of contact for our advertising solutions within buying teams
Revenue Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue objectives of the organization.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our client's CTV advertising offerings, effectively communicating value propositions to potential clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and account management, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights for business growth.

Requirements
What makes you a great fit:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Advertising sales
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in CTV media sales
- Strong network within the local media agency landscape
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
