We’re building SkillSnap, an AI-driven job-readiness + ATS platform helping jobseekers become interview-ready and enabling recruiters to hire faster with less noise.
Public beta is live with early traction, and we have applied to Y Combinator’s Winter Batch — decision expected 10 December.
I’m now looking for a non-technical Co-Founder based in Stockholm County to join at the ground level and build this together.

Our goal:
1. Turn jobseekers into interview-ready candidates and provide them true matching jobs.
2. Give recruiters a high-signal talent pool and Industry standard ATS platform.
Who We are looking for:
You ideally have experience in:
- Recruitment / HR / Talent Acquisition / ATS
- Career coaching / staffing agencies
- HR workflows & hiring best practices
You should:
- Be located in Stockholm County
- Be comfortable talking to jobseekers & recruiters
- Have interest in early-stage startups
- Be ready for YC expectations (details below)
- Be collaborative, ownership-driven, and proactive
Role Description:
This role starts part-time (few hours per week).
No salary initially — standard for co-founders at pre-seed stage.
If we are accepted into Y Combinator (decision by 10 Dec):
- You will receive 40–50% co-founder equity (based on contribution & commitment).
- You must be prepared to leave your full-time job after YC acceptance.
- YC requires founders to work full-time on the startup during the program.
- YC’s winter batch is expected to be in-person in the USA for ~3 months.
- You must be willing and able to relocate to the US temporarily (with or without family—your choice).
- YC provides the funding (standard deal ≈ $500k).
- The company is already registered in Sweden (Skillbridge by Upgrowth AB).
We want someone who’s mentally ready for the YC founder lifestyle:
- intense
- focused
- ambitious
- full-time after funding
If YC funds us → we grow SkillSnap full-time from day 1 of the program.

What You will do before YC:
- Possible Talk to recruiters & jobseekers
- Validate ATS & candidate-prep features
- Help shape the product roadmap
- Assist in ATS pilot testing
- Support early growth and partnerships
- Prepare jointly for YC interview (if selected)
What you will do after YC acceptance:
- Work full-time on SkillSnap on building, testing, releasing etc..
- Join YC founder program in the US
- Scale ATS + job-readiness platform
- Lead HR/recruitment strategy & operations
- Drive customer development & partnerships
