Accountabilities

- Build and lead multi-functional teams for strategic projects and initiatives.

- Perform financial and business planning, including business case development, ROI analysis, and alignment with growth KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in business development and strategic marketing roles.
- Proven ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills across diverse and multi-regional teams.
- Solid financial acumen and experience in building business cases.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile, adaptable, and comfortable navigating dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Preferred: experience in global market development, portfolio management, and strategic marketing roles such as Market Development Leader or Commercial Development Leader.
