National Sales Manager – Ecommerce

Storkcraft is seeking a driven and detail-oriented National Sales Manager with a strong foundation in ecommerce to accelerate profitable growth across key national accounts in the U.S. This individual will report directly to the Director of Sales – Ecommerce and will be an important contributor within our growing sales organization. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing major ecommerce accounts, understands the digital retail landscape, and has a proven track record of growing brand presence online.
• Manage and grow relationships with key ecommerce accounts, ensuring alignment on assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Foster and nurture partnerships with key retailer accounts including Wayfair, Ashley Furniture, Babylist, Home Depot, AAFES, Rooms to Go, and other baby and juvenile retailers.
• Expand Storkcraft and Graco SKU assortments within accounts by conducting thorough gap analyses and persuading merchants to broaden their digital offerings.
• Drive ecommerce revenue growth through platform-specific strategies including content optimization, sponsored ads, review capture programs, and digital shelf management.
• Successfully launch new products on ecommerce platforms by leveraging marketing ad-spend and activating channel-specific growth levers.
• Monitor and optimize product listings, ratings, and reviews across retail partner platforms (e.g., Wayfair, HomeDepot.com, Babylist).
• Leverage ecommerce analytics tools to identify performance trends, forecast demand, and inform account-level strategies.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive account growth strategy—daily, weekly, quarterly, and annually—with a focus on sustainable, profitable expansion.
• Identify and evaluate new product category opportunities, building internal case studies to support market entry decisions.
• Develop promotional strategies that account for competitor analysis, inventory levels, seasonality, marketing calendars, and margin targets.
• Bring a hunter’s mentality to prospecting and acquiring new ecommerce partners.
• Pull and interpret sales data using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Stackline to make timely and well-informed business decisions.
• Provide regular market feedback to internal stakeholders on partner buying trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
• Effectively handle buyer objections by clarifying concerns, emphasizing shared goals, and navigating differences toward mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Negotiate with ecommerce partners in a manner that respects both the partner relationship and Storkcraft’s business objectives.
• Demonstrated experience in ecommerce account management, with a strong understanding of the digital retail environment.
• Proven ability to manage and grow large national ecommerce accounts.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and digital shelf management.
• Prior experience working directly with one or more of the following retailers: Wayfair, Ashley Furniture, Babylist, Home Depot, AAFES, or Rooms to Go.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and translate them into actionable account strategies.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Stackline.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Team-first mindset with a solutions-based approach in both internal and external interactions.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience growing large key national ecommerce accounts with measurable revenue impact.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing and successfully passing costing increases to retail partners.
• Established relationships with buyers or merchant teams at Wayfair, Ashley Furniture, Babylist, Home Depot, AAFES, or Rooms to Go.
• Experience working within the baby, juvenile, or home goods product categories is an asset.
• Familiarity with the U.S. ecommerce landscape and buyer relationships.
