The NSM, AFH will work closely with marketing, national accounts and new business teams to identify, close and support new account acquisition for the brand. Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $125,000 - $135,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market, minimum wage requirements, and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage relationships with existing customers, and establish & develop new customers
- Partner with National Account Teams to identify, pitch, and onboard high priority accounts to help drive AOP agenda.
- Deliver plan in key channels across Restaurants, Rec & Retail, Workplace and Military
- Work cross-functionally to cultivate teamwork and demonstrate influence with key internal partners
- Manage trade and marketing budgets within guardrails
- Participate in trade shows and events for the AFH channel
- Contribute to the development and management of annual sales plan and budget as related to the strategic growth plans and objectives of the sales channel

- You're a Storyteller: You craft messages that resonate, inspire, and connect with your audience.
- 6+ years of experience in CPG foodservice or away from home sales calling national foodservice accounts
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage external partners
- Comfortable navigating both strategic thinking and executional detail
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Travel up to 60% for business related meetings
- Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirement
- Willingness and the ability to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.
