For one of our clients, we are currently recruiting a National Key Account Manager to manage and develop strategic accounts across the Swiss domestic market.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage and develop key strategic accounts in Switzerland
- Build and execute annual business plans
- Drive sales growth, profitability and category performance
- Lead negotiations, budgets and client P&L
- Identify and develop new strategic business partners
- Coordinate commercial activations with internal teams
- Support trade marketing initiatives, product launches and promotional campaigns
- Contribute to e-commerce growth and digital partnerships
- Monitor KPIs, market trends and competitors
Your profile:
- Higher education in business, marketing or management
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in sales, key account management or business development
- Experience in FMCG, premium consumer goods or a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of the Swiss market and key retail players
- Fluent German or Swiss German and French; English is an asset
- Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and BI tools
- Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills
- Autonomous, structured and business-oriented mindset
