For one of our clients, we are currently recruiting a National Key Account Manager to manage and develop strategic accounts across the Swiss domestic market.


Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop key strategic accounts in Switzerland
  • Build and execute annual business plans
  • Drive sales growth, profitability and category performance
  • Lead negotiations, budgets and client P&L
  • Identify and develop new strategic business partners
  • Coordinate commercial activations with internal teams
  • Support trade marketing initiatives, product launches and promotional campaigns
  • Contribute to e-commerce growth and digital partnerships
  • Monitor KPIs, market trends and competitors

Your profile:

  • Higher education in business, marketing or management
  • 5 to 8 years’ experience in sales, key account management or business development
  • Experience in FMCG, premium consumer goods or a similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of the Swiss market and key retail players
  • Fluent German or Swiss German and French; English is an asset
  • Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and BI tools
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills
  • Autonomous, structured and business-oriented mindset
