Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a National Account Manager based in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some remote work. The National Account Manager will oversee client relationships, drive revenue growth, and strategize business development opportunities. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, identifying new opportunities for client partnerships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects. Regular client communication and reporting will be integral to the role.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement, relationship building, and negotiation
  • Proficient in account management, business development, and sales strategy
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a track record of achieving targets and managing client portfolios
  • Experience in architecture, design, or related industries is a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
