About the Role:
Saint Laurent Consulting has been engaged to recruit on behalf of our client.We are seeking a bilingual and media-savvy Multimedia Operations Specialist to join their growing marketing and brand communications team.This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling through digital content, with hands-on experience managing multiple social platforms and a strong sense of content monetization.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to lead our presence across 小红书 (RED), 抖音(TikTok), Instagram, and other platforms driving content strategy, engagement, growth, and business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of our brand accounts across 小红书 (RED), 抖音(TikTok), Instagram, and other relevant platforms;
- Develop and execute content calendars, engagement strategies, and growth plans;
- Create compelling bilingual content (text, image, and video), including ideation, scriptwriting, editing, and posting;
- Monitor analytics and user feedback to optimize content and improve performance;
- Keep up with media trends and rapidly respond to new opportunities and cultural moments;
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, marketing, sales) to align messaging and achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a North American university (any major; media, communications, marketing, or creative fields are a plus);
- Recent graduate (Class of 2025) or within one year of graduation;
- Native-level fluency in both English and Chinese (must be able to write and speak fluently in both languages);
- Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms (at least two among RED, TikTok, Instagram);
- Demonstrated ability to monetize content or grow audience value via media operations;
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail;
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Photoshop is a plus.
