Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Recruitment & HR Intern. The intern will assist with day-to-day recruitment and human resources tasks, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating training sessions. Responsibilities may also include coordinating onboarding processes, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting the HR team in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting, with the ability to identify and attract top talent
- Experience in Interviewing and assessing candidates effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and candidates
- Proficiency or interest in facilitating Training programs and onboarding processes
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Education or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
