About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Motion Designer to join our creative team. This pivotal role goes beyond masterful animation; it involves being a steward of the craft, shaping how brands move, feel, and interact through motion. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative vision and tangible business impact, guiding projects from conceptualization to pixel-perfect execution. You will set the quality standards, develop innovative techniques, and ensure that all motion graphics align with brand identity and project objectives. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing 2D animations, UI motion, and motion graphics, as well as storyboarding and video editing. This multidisciplinary position requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and collaborative spirit to produce engaging content for marketing campaigns, product interfaces, and internal communications. The role offers opportunities to influence the creative direction, mentor junior team members, and stay at the forefront of industry trends.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing outstanding motion design, animation skills, and understanding of design principles such as typography, color, and layout
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe After Effects; experience with Adobe Premiere is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
- Knowledge of current industry trends, tools, and best practices in motion design
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics, UI animations, animated sequences, and visual effects for various digital content
- Develop storyboards, style frames, and mood boards to effectively communicate visual ideas and project direction
- Ensure all animated content aligns with brand guidelines, meets project objectives, and adheres to technical specifications
- Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams to understand project goals and deliver innovative creative solutions
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, providing creative insights to enhance overall video production quality
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Maintain organized project files, assets, and templates for seamless workflow
- Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and emerging techniques to continuously improve motion design quality and efficiency
