Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Mortgage Loan Processor. Responsibilities include managing the loan application process, verifying applicants’ financial information, reviewing loan documents for accuracy, coordinating with underwriters, and ensuring loans are processed and closed within specified timeframes. The Mortgage Loan Processor will communicate directly with clients, loan officers, and other relevant parties to deliver a seamless customer service experience while maintaining compliance with all regulations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending practices
- Experience in Loan Processing and a strong understanding of Underwriting
- Knowledge of Loans and related financial products
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with mortgage loan software and systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
