Role Description
This is a commission-based, remote role for a Model & Talent Scout. Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting promising talent, conducting interviews, evaluating portfolios, and fostering strong relationships with both creators and industry professionals. The role requires a keen eye for identifying potential talent and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Qualifications
- Experience in Talent Scouting and the ability to identify emerging talent
- Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and building a network of potential candidates
- Strong Communication and Interviewing skills, with the ability to build relationships
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Passion for the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries
- Previous experience in modeling, talent management, or influencer marketing is a plus
