Role Description
This is a commission based remote role for a Model & Talent Scout. In this position, you will actively identify and recruit new talent, assess potential candidates’ skills and marketability, and provide guidance for their career development. Responsibilities also include building relationships with industry professionals, coordinating casting calls, creating portfolios, and staying informed on market trends in fashion and entertainment. Collaboration with both the internal team and clients will be required to align talent with appropriate opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong talent scouting, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of talent management, career development, and the fashion/entertainment industry
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in social media platforms and online talent search tools
- Strong organizational, research, and time management skills
- A passionate and proactive approach with the ability to work independently
- Previous talent acquisition, casting, or agency experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Entertainment Management, or related field preferred
