About the Opportunity:


The Ministry Operations Coordinator provides behind-the-scenes administrative and digital support for ministry and media clients. This role includes website and content audits and updates, routine reporting, digital file management, general administrative tasks, and light video and contract support as needed. The position helps keep projects organized and running smoothly by handling operational details that support ministry partnerships. This role can be remote.


Responsibilities:


• Conduct regular website and content audits, checking links, content accuracy, and formatting, and flag issues to the team

• Pull and update regular reports and stats; maintain tracking spreadsheets and dashboards

• Compile and update lists (contacts, partners, content lists), format files, and keep shared files organized

• Provide general administrative support to ministry and media teams, including file management, data entry, and scheduling support as needed

• Download, upload, and organize video content across platforms; perform minor edits such as trimming and simple cleanup

• Create internal tickets and assist in setting up digital advertising or promotions by entering provided information and assets

• Update PowerPoint presentations and other documents with new copy, images, and stats

• Prepare and format basic contracts using existing templates and track their status


Requirements:


• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Comfort using internet, browser-based tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)

• Willingness to use AI-powered tools for drafting text, organizing information, or basic edits with training and guidelines

• Ability to learn new software such as video tools, reporting dashboards, and content systems with training

• Clear written communication skills; able to follow instructions and document work accurately

• Ability to manage time, work independently remotely, and support a collaborative team

• Comfort working with faith-based and politically conservative clients and content regardless of personal beliefs

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent

• Prior administrative or digital media experience helpful but not required; training provided

Compensation:


• $16-$18 per hour
