This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, large-scale infrastructure organization where you will directly influence workforce strategy across complex construction and energy-related projects. You will act as a trusted talent partner to hiring managers, driving full-cycle recruitment for a wide variety of technical, operational, and leadership roles. In this highly dynamic environment, you will help shape hiring strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure the organization continues to scale effectively in support of major national infrastructure initiatives. The role requires agility, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, high-volume recruiting needs. You will also contribute to improving recruitment processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with business growth objectives. This is a hands-on, impactful position where your work directly supports mission-critical projects across renewable energy, civil infrastructure, and industrial operations.

Accountabilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles across infrastructure, construction, energy, and operations functions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on talent needs, and ensure effective selection processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to support both immediate hiring and long-term workforce planning
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, referrals, social platforms, and proactive talent mapping
  • Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of candidates, interviews, and hiring activities within the applicant tracking system
  • Guide and coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and process efficiency
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives and assist in meeting affirmative action goals
  • Manage candidate experience end-to-end, including screening, interviews, offers, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting tools, processes, and workflows for greater efficiency and scalability
  • Participate in cross-functional HR and talent acquisition initiatives supporting organizational growth

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience for mid-level or 7+ years for senior-level Talent Acquisition roles
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Experience recruiting within construction, energy, infrastructure, or trade-related industries strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels, including digital platforms and passive talent outreach
  • Experience using ATS platforms (iCIMS experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Solid understanding of recruitment metrics, reporting, and data-driven hiring practices
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%) for recruiting events and career fairs
