As a Merchant Onboarding Specialist, you’ll work with small and mid-sized business owners who have already expressed interest in improving their payment and point-of-sale systems. Your job is to guide them through a straightforward setup process, answer questions, and make sure they feel comfortable moving forward.
You don’t need prior experience in payments or POS. You’ll receive training, tools, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Speak with business owners to learn about their current operations
• Walk clients through available payment and POS options
• Attend scheduled calls and follow up with interested businesses
• Help new clients complete onboarding and initial setup
• Document notes and updates in the CRM system
• Collaborate with your team to hit onboarding and growth goals
