- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, often under pressure
- Proficient in PC skills, including familiarity with Excel, Word, Internet, and e-mail
- Strong organizational and task management skills
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred/encouraged
- Higher net typing speed is a plus
- Enjoys problem-solving and identifying patterns
- Experience in a healthcare-related field is advantageous
- A hardworking individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment
