We are open-ended (not limited by timeframe), no need to exit under the pressure of time like standard VCs. Easy access and exit via one of the markets for any even smallest investors. The company has more than 40 early stage startups in its portfolio.

Investment objective:

Our purpose is to offer liquid access to venture capital investments, a traditionally illiquid asset class.

We take equity positions in private companies of a technological nature characterized by-product or process innovation active in the Artificial Intelligence, WEB3, financial, medical, and deep technology industries. Investments are made both directly and through AlFs, both authorized and regulated by Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) and /or German BaFin.

Role Description:

We are expanding our Supervisory Board and are seeking senior professionals based in:


🇨🇭 Switzerland • 🇱🇺 Luxembourg • 🇩🇪 Germany


This is a contract remote role for a Member of The Supervisory Board. The Member of The Supervisory Board will be responsible for overseeing and advising on strategic decisions, corporate governance, risk management, and financial performance.


Qualifications:


Experience suitable for a publicly listed issuer with an Euronext roadmap.


Ideal profiles:

• Independent discretionary asset managers (EAM/IAM)

• Multi-family office CIOs / investment committee members

• Former buy-side PMs (small/mid-cap, special situations)

• Senior capital markets professionals with board experience

Board-level remuneration with strong long-term alignment to shareholder value; details discussed with shortlisted candidates.
