Mandatory Prerequisites

This is a highly selective, tier-one global governance seat. Do not apply unless you meet the following absolute criteria:

  • Global Principal Connectivity: You must possess direct, personal connectivity to the Chief Investment Officers, Managing Directors, and portfolio principals of the world’s largest Grade-A real estate developers, institutional REITs, and sovereign wealth funds (e.g., Blackstone, Brookfield, CBRE IM, Hines).
  • Institutional C-Suite Tenure: You are a current or former CEO, COO, Managing Director, or Senior Partner at a major global real estate asset management firm, institutional fund, or Tier-1 international brokerage (e.g., JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield).
  • Macro Capital Heuristics: You possess a deep operational understanding of cross-border asset tracking, property management ERP data frameworks, facility management vendor friction, and how institutional mega-funds calculate property valuations and portfolio equity multipliers.

Protocol Infrastructure is engineering the agnostic physical and digital edge utility layer that bridges modern robotics with legacy Building Management Systems (BMS), transforming complex Grade-A vertical assets into programmable, safe, and transaction-ready infrastructure. Led by a 6x exit founder, the platform operates as a high-velocity spatial clearinghouse and financial transaction ledger. We are actively mobilizing our initial network footprints across premier Grade-A portfolios in global alpha cities.


The Mandate

We have finalized the core market research, mapped the spatial data mechanics, and secured the physical component infrastructure required for assembly. We are actively triggering our Q3 2026 fortification sequence, which includes onboarding our gateway engineering assembly team to execute our technical milestones.


We are establishing our core Strategic Advisory Board and seeking a singular, heavyweight global real estate veteran to serve as our primary commercial partner and capital catalyst. 


Scope of Advisory

  • Principal-Level Access: Leverage deep institutional networks to bypass traditional real estate procurement friction, opening direct, principal-level mandates for asset activations with Tier-1 landlords and Grade-A asset managers.
  • Capitalization Arbitrage Mechanics: Advise the executive team on aligning our agnostic transaction-clearing infrastructure models with institutional fund targets, translating regulatory compliance and risk mitigation into direct, measurable asset net operating income (NOI) expansion across premium portfolios.
  • Institutional Governance: Serve as a definitive commercial authority during high-stakes enterprise procurement briefings, effectively bridging the gap between physical edge engineering and fund-level real estate ownership interests.


Required Profile

  • Unrivaled Institutional Access: Proven, mobile-phone-level connectivity to the Chief Investment Officers, Managing Directors, and portfolio principals of Europe's largest Grade-A commercial real estate portfolios.
  • Tier-1 Executive Background: Documented history of executive leadership or senior partnership at a major real estate institution (e.g., institutional funds, tier-one developers, or global brokerages).
  • Deep Deal Heuristics: Solid comprehension of commercial lease structures, property management ERP frameworks, facility management vendor mechanics, and the underlying financial indicators that govern Grade-A real estate asset valuations.


Engagement Terms

This is a high-level strategic advisory seat requiring minimal day-to-day operational involvement, backstopped by a professional monthly cash retainer to respect your time. To ensure absolute structural alignment between advisory impact and long-term enterprise value creation, the virtual equity allocation operates under a strict, milestone-vesting framework tied directly to initial asset validation and portfolio-wide rollout execution across Grade-A assets.
