We are hiring for one of our clients seeking experienced healthcare administrative professionals to contribute domain expertise to AI evaluation and improvement projects.


Role Overview

In this role, you will apply your experience in healthcare administration and medical office coordination to help evaluate and refine AI systems. No prior experience with artificial intelligence is required. Training and guidance will be provided as part of the engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze real-world medical office and administrative scenarios to assess AI reasoning and accuracy.
  • Develop structured, detailed written responses related to patient scheduling, documentation handling, billing coordination, and records management.
  • Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness, professionalism, and alignment with healthcare documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with research teams to improve AI understanding of clinical workflows, patient interactions, and compliance practices, including data privacy requirements.
  • Support the development of evaluation benchmarks aligned with healthcare administrative best practices.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Healthcare Administration, Medical Office Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in one or more of the following roles:
  • Medical Secretary
  • Administrative Assistant
  • Office Coordinator in a healthcare or clinical setting
  • Working knowledge of electronic health record (EHR/EMR) systems and healthcare documentation standards.
  • Understanding of healthcare data privacy and compliance requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, with strong organizational and reasoning skills.
  • Legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in your country or region of residence.
