Highly visible across the organisation, you will act as a trusted scientific partner to healthcare professionals, support key evidence generation activities, and play a central role in shaping the company’s medical presence in a rapidly evolving landscape
You will:
- Shape the national medical footprint for the Netherlands by creating the Dutch medical plan, building strong expert networks, and driving a focused, high‑value field medical strategy
- Ignite high‑impact scientific conversations, delivering clear, credible insights that elevate every HCP interaction
- Turn complex data into compelling stories for meetings, panels and educational sessions
- Lead sophisticated scientific exchanges, including advisory boards, round tables and specialist forums.
- Advance evidence generation through research collaborations, clinical and real‑world data activities, and high‑quality scientific outputs
- Anchor the organisation scientifically by empowering internal teams, providing strategic field insights and driving medical initiatives end‑to‑end
You will have:
- Medical, pharmacy, or advanced degree in life sciences
- Already be working as an MSL, or be in a similar field role within life sciences
- Strong understanding of the Dutch healthcare landscape, and how scientific engagement shapes national decision-making
- Preferably exposure to Immunology, Respiratory or Pulmonology
- Strong communication skills with the presence to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive, organised and solutions-driven mindset, thriving in a mostly field-based role that blends autonomy with high-impact collaboration
- Fluent Dutch and English
