Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and professional Sales Representative to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets within your territory, focusing on orthopedic and surgical solutions. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and ensure high standards of training and support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of RECON & TDS products, with a focus on GOLD and PLATINUM accounts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons and key stakeholders
  • Provide or coordinate product training and support
  • Execute regional sales strategies and maintain CRM data (SF.com)
  • Deliver monthly performance reports and market insights
  • Ensure regular coverage of all orthopedic hospitals in the territory


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Deep understanding of orthopedic products and market dynamics
  • Clinical expertise and business acumen
  • Fluent in German, with good English communication skills


Travel Requirements

  • Regular travel within the assigned territory
  • Occasional national and international travel, including overnight stays
