Role Responsibilities
- Complete a structured survey related to healthcare administration workflows
- Provide responses based on professional experience within a healthcare provider organization
- Record short audio responses where required
- Answer multiple-choice questions related to insurance processes and administrative operations
- Submit completed materials through the designated platform within the required timeframe
Requirements
- Currently employed full-time, part-time, or self-employed within a healthcare provider organization
- Role in administrative functions such as office management, billing, or credentialing
- Experience interacting with insurance-related tasks or contracting processes
- Employment within organizations such as hospitals, clinics, medical groups, or behavioral health providers
- Ability to provide accurate insights based on administrative healthcare experience
- Availability to complete the one-time survey engagement within the specified deadline
