- Manage and assign files to appropriate staff members, initiating verbal and written communication with employers, clients, claimants, and medical providers

- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately while processing documents using various office equipment

- Basic knowledge of reading medical reports and researching evidence-based guidelines
- Proficient verbal, telephone, and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating empathy towards injured and disabled individuals
- Experience with workers' compensation or disability
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a relevant field
- Intermediate computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Aptitude for learning and organizational skills
- A customer service mindset and ability to express empathy
