Pfizer UK – Global Integrated Media Strategy Undergraduate Placement (2026/2027)
Location: UK-Wide availability based in Walton Oaks, Surrey
Pfizer’s UK Undergraduate Programme offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience inside a global organisation shaping the future of healthcare. This 12-month placement sits within the Global Integrated Media & Customer Engagement team, supporting media strategy across international markets.
You’ll be joining a team that works at the centre of Pfizer’s global commercial activity, partnering closely with internal marketing teams, cross-functional stakeholders and global media agencies to deliver audience-focused, insight-led media plans across paid, owned and earned channels. It’s a rare chance to see how large-scale global campaigns are built and delivered.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the international media team to ensure high-quality media delivery across key global markets
- Liaising with global media agency partners
- Assisting with the strategic planning, rollout and adoption of media best practices
- Coordinating with internal Pfizer teams to support wider commercial objectives
- Contributing to financial tracking and project management activities
- Gaining exposure to global business communication across multiple countries and cultures
This placement offers a strong foundation in media strategy, digital channels, cross-functional collaboration and global marketing operations. You’ll build practical skills, learn how decisions are made at scale, and understand how media supports broader product and business goals.
Who can apply:
- Students completing a placement as part of a UK university degree (Year in Industry/Industrial Placement or Gap Year)
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in team environments and communicating with stakeholders at different levels
