Media Buyer (Meta – Local Lead Gen, Mid-Level, Full-Time, Remote)
Who We Are
PaintLaunch is a specialized marketing agency for painting contractors. We build marketing systems that help painting companies scale using Meta ads, lead automation, local SEO, and practical coaching. Our team has worked with over 95 painting companies across 100+ locations and helped clients add multiple six and seven figures in revenue using what we’ve built.
We're small, agile, and system-driven. We are not a startup in chaos, but also not a corporate dinosaur either. We move fast, think long term and only hire people who want to take ownership of their role.
What This Role Is & Who It Is For
As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for generating leads that turn into quotes and jobs for painting contractors using Meta ads.
This is not a “set it and forget it” role. This is a performance role with real accountability. You will manage a portfolio of ad accounts, launch campaigns, ship new creative, diagnose performance issues, and communicate what is happening to our Client Success team.
You will not communicate directly with clients. Your job is delivery. The CSM owns the client relationship. You support them with clear updates, data, and action plans.
You are the kind of person who can look at an account and quickly answer: What is happening, why it’s happening, what we are changing, and what we expect next.
If you need constant direction, avoid numbers, or blame the algorithm for everything, do not apply. If you like winning, moving fast, and being the person who fixes problems before anyone notices, you will do well here.
Our Values
We don’t just say these, we run the business by them:
- Integrity: We do what we say. We don’t lie, cut corners, or hide mistakes.
- Transparency: We communicate clearly when things are working and especially when they’re not.
- Accountability: If something goes wrong, we own it, fix it fast, and don’t let the same issue happen twice.
