How You’ll Make An Impact
- Ensure that engineering solutions are developed with complete and well-coordinated multidisciplinary input, contributing to new and improved solutions for complex projects and challenges
- Coordinate mechanical plant design activities across several projects, working closely with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders to support testing, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare complete project documentation within your area of responsibility, acting as a design authority for mechanical plant design and completing engineering assignments accordingly.
- Contribute to delivering cost effective, high quality solutions within budget and contract, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and proactive risk management.
- Create work plans and cost estimates, and review scope, budget, and schedules in close dialogue with the project and tender team.
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers, authorities, contractors, and the supply chain.

- Experience in mechanical plant design, including preparation of tender documents and design concepts aligned with customer needs, relevant standards, and internal guidelines.
- Knowledge of electrical power transformation systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Experience or interest in 3D modeling of equipment layouts and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with cost estimates like bill of quantities and engineering hours.
- Experience with CAD tools such as Siemens NX, Revit, and PLM systems like Teamcenter is beneficial, and we support further learning and development where needed.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken, and a willingness to collaborate across cultures and disciplines.
