Are you a creative doer who loves turning ideas into crisp copy, sharp visuals, and clean web updates? Want hands-on experience in marketing at a fast-moving SaaS startup? If so, OrganAise wants to hear from you.
Who We Are
OrganAise is an innovative SaaS platform designed to streamline scheduling, time management, and operational infrastructure for portfolio professionals, executive assistants, and board members. We leverage technology and smart automation to create a next-generation productivity experience. As we expand, we’re offering a Marketing Content & Web Internship for ambitious creators who want to build a portfolio, learn modern tools, and ship real work.
About the Role
As a Marketing Content & Web Intern, you’ll help us keep our website fresh, craft customer newsletters and email copy, create and publish social content, and produce on-brand visual assets. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership and learn a practical, end-to-end content workflow—from brief to publish to performance review.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Website Updates (CMS): Update pages, fix copy, publish blog posts, and optimise structure for clarity and basic SEO (headlines, meta, internal links).
- Email & Newsletter: Draft customer newsletters, lifecycle emails, and launch/update announcements; iterate based on open/click data.
- Social Media: Plan, write, and publish posts (primarily LinkedIn; occasionally X/Instagram), schedule content, and track performance.
- Copywriting: Turn product notes and ideas into concise, on-brand copy for web, email, and social—headlines, CTAs, and short articles.
- Visual Content: Design simple, on-brand assets (social cards, email banners, diagrams) using tools like Figma/Canva; follow brand guidelines.
- Content Ops: Maintain a lightweight content calendar, manage assets, and document publishing checklists and style notes.
