Rexi Group is launching a new AI marketplace, and we are looking for someone who can own vendor partnership end-to-end - from first outreach to activation.
If you’re comfortable closing deals, pushing negotiations forward, and building structured partnership pipelines in an early-stage environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
You will be responsible for building and activating the supply side of the marketplace.
Vendor Acquisition
- Execute structured outreach to pre-identified AI vendors
- Lead qualification and discovery calls
- Pitch Apatay’s value proposition confidently
- Negotiate commercial and technical terms
- Close partnership agreements
Vendor Onboarding
- Manage vendor onboarding process
- Ensure complete and high-quality listings
- Coordinate assets (logos, descriptions, case studies, demos)
- Ensure vendors are launch-ready
Pipeline Management
- Maintain CRM discipline
- Track deal stages and conversion metrics
- Report weekly progress and bottlenecks
- Ensure activation, not just signature
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales, partnerships, or marketplace vendor acquisition
- Strong negotiation skills
- Comfortable closing revenue-share agreements
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Confident operating in ambiguity
- Strong written and verbal communication
Bonus Points
- Experience in AI, SaaS, or marketplaces
- Startup experience (0→1 stage)
- Experience working with founders
