Marketing Strategist (Partner Marketing Focus)

This role will support client-facing strategy, messaging, and campaign execution. As our marketing strategist, you’ll work across some of our largest global accounts including Microsoft, Intuit, BDO and their partner ecosystems in a strategic and hands-on capacity. 

Role responsibilities

  • Strategy & Partner Marketing Leadership
  • Develop strategic campaign plans, messaging frameworks, and positioning for B2B tech clients and partner ecosystems
  • Lead and support partner marketing programs, including through-partner, co-marketing, and partner recruitment/activation initiatives
  • Translate business and partner goals into integrated marketing strategies and campaign roadmaps
  • Integrated Campaign Execution
  • Execute and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, content, events) from brief through delivery
  • Work across both partner-led and direct demand generation programs
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned to funnel stages, audience segments, and measurable outcomes
  • Client Partnership & Collaboration
  • Join—and often lead—client calls as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Work closely with the Transcends delivery team to ensure campaign assets are on-brand, on-time, and aligned to objectives
  • Coordinate across marketing, creative, and media teams to deliver cohesive programs
  • Performance & Optimizations
  • Implement tracking and reporting frameworks
  • Monitor KPIs, identify insights, and recommend optimizations
  • Ensure accurate measurement and continuous improvement across campaigns


Role requirements

  • 5–10+ years in B2B tech marketing, ideally with SaaS and/or Microsoft ecosystem experience 
  • Have agency experience where you’ve worn multiple hats — you’re both strategic and execution-oriented 
  • Strong communicator and collaborative teammate who elevates those around them
  • Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments with tight turnarounds and high expectations 
  • A proactive communicator and natural collaborator who lifts others up 
  • Based in North America
