Role Summary



As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll build and run dealer-facing campaigns for both EV.com and CarAI. Your mission: translate advanced technology into clear, bottom-line wins that resonate with General Managers, GSMs, and BDC teams—and generate a steady flow of qualified dealer leads.



Key Responsibilities



  • Go-to-Market: Craft and execute launch plans (email, paid social, webinars, in-store collateral) for new EV.com and CarAI features.
  • Campaign Execution: Own multichannel demand-gen programs that drive dealership sign-ups and move prospects through the funnel.
  • Content Creation: Produce case studies, one-pagers, video scripts, and blog posts that speak the dealership language.
  • Events & 20-Groups: Plan our presence at NADA, Digital Dealer, state ADA shows, and regional 20-Groups; manage booth themes, pre-/post-event nurture.
  • Partner Marketing: Develop joint promotions with DMS, CRM, and inventory-feed partners to widen reach.
  • Analytics & ROI: Track CPL, MQL-to-SQL, and ARR influenced; iterate quickly based on data.




Must-Have Qualifications



  • 2+ years of dealership-facing marketing experience or direct employment at a dealership (BDC/Internet Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar). This is non-negotiable.
  • Proven success generating pipeline for B2B SaaS, automotive tech, or digital retail products.
  • Fluent in dealer pain points (lead response time, CSI, paid-ad ROI).
  • Hands-on with HubSpot (or similar), Google Ads/Analytics, and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express).
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable building quick dashboards in Excel/GA4.




Nice to Have



  • Experience marketing AI or MarTech products.
  • Existing network among dealer 20-Group leaders or state dealer associations.
  • Basic video editing (Premiere Rush, CapCut) or light graphic design.
