Key Responsibilities
- Regional Brand Localization: Adapt global marketing strategies for the European context. Ensure all messaging, visuals, and campaigns resonate with local logistics and warehouse automation stakeholders.
- Content & Social Media Strategy: Manage and grow our regional presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Create compelling European-specific content, including customer success stories (Case Studies) and white papers.
- Field Marketing & Events: Lead the planning and execution of tier-1 European exhibitions (e.g., LogiMAT, SITL, IntraLogisteX). Manage everything from booth design and local vendor coordination to lead retrieval and post-show nurturing.
- Sales Enablement: Act as the "Arsenal" for the European sales team. Develop and localize sales decks, product brochures, and ROI calculators that address the specific pain points of European 3PL and E-commerce clients.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor the European competitive landscape (e.g., Geek+, Exotec, Scallog). Provide actionable insights to the Overseas Planning department regarding local trends, pricing, and regulatory shifts.
- Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with European industry media and influencers to secure press coverage and speaking opportunities for our leadership.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or an Engineering-related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience. Experience in Intralogistics, Robotics, or SaaS is highly preferred.
- Language Skills: Native-level English is mandatory. Proficiency in a second major European language (German or French) is a significant advantage given our current expansion focus.
- Skills: * Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for technical B2B audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce) and design tools (Canva/Adobe).
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple vendors across time zones.
- Cultural Fit: High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate cross-cultural communication between European clients and a Chinese HQ.
