✨ Your responsibilities:
- Source and identify creators and affiliates who are the right fit for Moment's brand and aesthetic
- Build and maintain real relationships with creators and affiliates - you're their go-to person at Moment
- Write clear, detailed creative briefs so creators know exactly what we need
- Manage the full creator workflow: outreach → briefing → feedback → delivery
- Edit creator content into video ads and organic content
- Manage and grow Moment's social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Build landing pages for organic and paid social campaigns
- Stay on top of what's working in short-form video and social trends
- Support team with special marketing projects and campaigns
✨ What we're looking for:
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Experience sourcing or managing creators/influencers, even on a small scale
- Comfortable learning new things
- Insanely detail-oriented. You catch things other people miss
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
- Ability to take initiative and be resourceful
- A startup mindset. Comfortable wearing different hats and switching gears quickly

📍 Moment is New York based. This is a remote role working with a global team.
