Piper Companies is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join a leading organization in the marketing and advertising industry for a remote 3-month contract position with potential extensions based out of EST/CST. The Marketing Project Manager will oversee marketing campaign delivery while managing financial tasks such as forecasting, invoicing, and contract translation for campaign execution.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Project Manager include:
- Lead execution of integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns across email, display, social, and onsite formats.
- Manage financial processes including forecasting, invoicing, and contract compliance for campaign deployment.
- Serve as the primary client-facing contact, ensuring clear communication and excellent experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor campaign pacing, KPIs, and delivery accuracy, providing optimization recommendations as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including editorial, product, ad operations, and data analytics to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing project management and digital media operations.
- Strong financial management skills including forecasting, invoicing, and contract interpretation.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Veeva, Placements.IO, JIRA, and Salesforce.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in ad agency environments and familiarity with omnichannel campaign delivery preferred.
- Salary: $95,000-$105,000/year (USD)
