We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Project Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing timelines, staying organized, and working in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, events, and product launches
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery
- Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain smooth project flow
- Help maintain marketing calendars, databases, and digital asset libraries
- Conduct research on markets, competitors, and trends to support campaign planning
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and tracking expenses
Your Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good understanding of marketing concepts and project management practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus
- Fluent in English; German and/or French is an advantage
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
