We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Project Assistant to support our marketing team in the planning and execution of campaigns and initiatives. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow in marketing while gaining hands-on project coordination experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, timelines, and deliverables
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and creative agencies
- Support the development of marketing materials and digital content
- Help manage social media, newsletters, and email marketing tasks
- Track campaign performance and compile reports
- Maintain project documentation and support marketing operations
Your Profile:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Fluent in English (German and/or French is a plus)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using tools such as MS Office, Canva, HubSpot, or similar
- A team player with a hands-on attitude and creative mindset
