Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the operations lead for marketing campaigns, managing timelines, deliverables, and coordination across teams
- Translate strategy into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams and external partners (creative, digital, CRM, web, and content)
- Maintain the marketing calendar, assign tasks, monitor progress, and uphold quality standards throughout each project
- Support performance tracking and campaign reporting in partnership with analytics
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders through proactive communication and hands-on problem-solving
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Experienced in working with both internal teams and external vendors
- A confident communicator who enjoys collaboration
- Passionate about improving marketing workflows and driving impactful outcomes
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related field
- Prior project management experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline preferred
- Part-Time: Approximately 20 hours per week
- Location: Northern Virginia (remote considered for candidates in EST or CST time zones)
