Flowers Valley is a premium floral company in the San Francisco Bay Area — specializing in weddings, corporate events, flower delivery, and flower subscriptions. We’re seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager who can run our full marketing engine end-to-end and receive leads consistently and profitably.
- Ads Management: Plan, set up, and optimize Meta + Google Ads campaigns for weddings, delivery, subscription corporate services.
- Offers & Funnels Building: Develop and test lead magnets, landing pages, and nurture funnels to increase conversions.
- Email & Automation: Create campaigns and automated flows for inquiries, delivery, and client follow-ups.
- Content & Social: Coordinate content creation (photo/video shoots, reels, ads creatives);
- SEO: Maintain strong local and on-page SEO; oversee blog and backlink strategy
- Outreach Campaigns: Manage the sales team’s cold and warm outreach to venues, planners, and corporate clients; create partnership and co-marketing opportunities
- Website Updates: Manage and update Squarespace (events site) and Shopify (shop) — refresh pages, copy, and visuals.
- Analytics: Track leads, bookings, and ROAS using Pipedrive, GA4, and ad dashboards; report weekly results.
- 6+ years of marketing experience in the U.S. market (ideally local brands with physical products)
- Proven success managing Google + Meta Ads with clear ROI.
- Comfortable in Squarespace CMS, Shopify, Klaviyo, Figma, Slack, Trello
- Understands corporate and partnership outreach
- A strong analytical discipline — knows how to use data and make decisions based on data.
- Experience in flowers industry is a must
