Role Description
This is a full-time remote Marketing Manager position. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, implement campaigns to promote OSF's products, and increase brand awareness. Responsibilities include planning and managing digital marketing efforts, social media engagement, market research, brand messaging, and partnership collaborations. The role requires developing creative content, analyzing marketing data, and leading a team to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Marketing and brand development experience, including proficiency in Digital Marketing strategies, Social Media Management, and Content Marketing
- Strong skills in Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Campaign Execution
- Ability to develop and analyze market research and consumer data
- Proficiency in writing, editing, and content development to support marketing initiatives
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset
- Experience with agricultural, biotechnology, or food marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
