About The Role

The Marketing Manager at PAFC is a vital leadership role responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing strategies and operations across various channels and initiatives. This role functions at the intersection of brand management, marketing operations, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the organization’s brand standards and business objectives. The Marketing Manager supervises creative and community engagement teams, manages media buying relationships, and coordinates marketing projects from conception through execution. They serve as the operational hub for marketing activities, supporting campaign planning, asset production, signage programs, and partnership activations. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Marketing Agency and requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills to drive measurable results and optimize marketing workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
  • Master’s degree (MBA or related discipline) preferred
  • Healthcare marketing experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, including creative production, media buying, events, or marketing operations
  • At least 2 years of direct people management experience, including coaching and performance management
  • Experience managing media buys across out-of-home, print, radio, and digital channels
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional workflows and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience overseeing signage programs, branded environments, or physical marketing collateral production
  • Experience planning and executing corporate events, sponsorships, and community activations
  • Strong knowledge of media buying processes, vendor negotiation, and campaign performance tracking
  • Excellent project management, communication, and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing regulations, including HIPAA compliance

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor the Creative Manager and Community Engagement and Events Coordinator, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support
  • Lead all production design operations, ensuring timely delivery of marketing collateral, patient-facing materials, presentations, and campaign assets that meet brand standards
  • Oversee the enterprise signage program, including design, production, installation, and maintenance of in-clinic signage, wayfinding, exterior signage, and environmental branding across all PAFC locations
  • Coordinate signage transitions during brand consolidations, collaborating with regional marketing managers and practice operations to ensure consistent visual identity at acquired locations
  • Manage direct media buying relationships, including planning, rate negotiation, insertion order management, and performance tracking across out-of-home, print, radio, and local digital channels
  • Develop and oversee the media buy budget, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI optimization across markets and channels
  • Support regional marketing teams by aligning media plans with local acquisition and branding priorities
  • Coordinate and support planning and execution of corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and community event activations to enhance brand visibility and patient engagement
  • Facilitate cross-departmental workflows between digital marketing, content, creative, and regional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and asset delivery
  • Manage project timelines, production calendars, and deliverable tracking to ensure on-time campaign launches and initiatives
  • Maintain a centralized marketing asset library, including templates, collateral, signage specifications, and event toolkits for regional and practice-level use
  • Identify workflow efficiencies, standardize processes, and improve cross-team collaboration to optimize marketing operations
  • Track and analyze performance metrics across creative, signage, media, and events, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
