We’re looking for a smart, creative, and conversion-savvy Marketing Manager to bring bold ideas to life and turn strategy into results. You’ll work closely with our head of marketing  and creative team to build, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns that actually move the needle.


This is not just another marketing job. We're looking for someone who can write, think, and lead with intention – someone who gets just as excited about brand voice and storytelling as they do about funnel performance and click-through rates.


What You’ll Do
  • Write compelling copy for emails, lead magnets, landing pages, and ad campaigns that convert.
  • Create and manage multi-step funnels, nurture sequences, and launch campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors to direct creative for social media and digital content.
  • Lead content calendars, marketing timelines, and campaign execution across platforms.
  • Track performance data and optimize campaigns to improve conversions and ROI.
  • Maintain brand consistency across channels—ensuring every piece of content sounds like us.
  • Work closely with the founder to bring big-picture brand and business ideas to life with strategy and execution.


What You Bring
  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, funnel building, or copywriting
  • Excellent writing and editing skills – you can write clean, persuasive, on-brand copy
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnels, and conversion psychology
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, GHL, Mailchimp)
  • Familiarity with landing page builders and CRM systems (Kajabi, ClickFunnels, etc.)
  • A sharp creative eye – you know how to brief designers and guide visual content
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines without hand-holding
  • Data-minded – you can look at performance metrics and make smart adjustments
  • A strategic thinker who can take a big idea and turn it into a campaign with traction

  • Have worked with personal brands, coaches, consultants, or thought leaders
  • Know your way around paid ads or can collaborate with a media buyer
  • Have a portfolio of successful email or funnel campaigns
  • Are fluent in social media strategy or content repurposing
