The Role: Marketing Manager

In this role, you’ll drive awareness and demand for LiftNet among key audiences such as property managers, commercial real estate professionals, and elevator service providers. You’ll drive day-to-day digital marketing initiatives across content, website, email, and other key channels - while supporting select field and event marketing initiatives. You’ll report to LiftNet’s General Manager and work closely with Kings III’s VP of Marketing to help grow a cutting-edge technology solution that’s redefining building operations.
This position is available as full-time work-from-home/remote. If the candidate is located in Dallas, there is office space available alongside the Kings III Marketing Team. Occasional travel is required for internal company events (in Chicago or Dallas-Fort Worth area) as well as industry trade shows and other marketing events. <15% travel expected. **

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies aimed at property managers, elevator service providers, and building owners
- Analyze customer and market insights, translating findings into actionable campaign ideas and messaging
- Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts with lead gen and pipeline goals
- Plan and optimize digital campaigns (SEO/SEM/paid media), staying current on evolving search trends and adapting accordingly, including AI-powered search
- Own and manage the website, ensuring a high-converting, user friendly experience
- Develop and execute email campaigns
- Manage social media presence and engagement strategy
- Own content strategy and execution across web, email, blog, and sales collateral
- Write or manage the development of content assets, including web copy, blog posts, case studies, and email copy—leveraging external support as needed
- Align all messaging to brand tone and buyer pain points
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contributors to gather insights and support content development
- Plan and promote select trade shows and industry events
- Coordinate event materials including signage, collateral, and booth messaging
- Manage post-event follow-up campaigns and engagement efforts
- Track and report on event ROI
- Define OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), KPIs, track campaign performance, and make data-driven improvements
- Monitor digital marketing metrics to optimize spend across channels to maximize ROI
- Create monthly reports that tie marketing efforts to business outcomes
- 5+ years in B2B marketing with a well-rounded background across content, campaigns, and events, and a strong grasp of digital strategies and execution (SEM, paid media, email, WordPress, and analytics tools like Google Analytics)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- A naturally curious mindset geared toward continuous learning, with a sense of humor!
- Hands-on experience with email marketing technology and/or marketing automation (Act-On or HubSpot a plus) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with a proclivity toward cross-functional collaboration
- Strong organizational abilities and self-motivation, with comfortability working both independently and with a team
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically
