Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for the Spanish market.
  • Develop and implement campaigns across digital channels: social media, email, paid ads, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, creative) to ensure campaigns align with brand strategy and business goals.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI.
  • Manage marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in eCommerce, with focus on Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, and analytics.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience managing campaigns on social media, paid ads, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills.
  • Data-driven, results-oriented, and proactive.
