Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing strategy and execution for the Spanish market.
- Develop and implement campaigns across digital channels: social media, email, paid ads, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, creative) to ensure campaigns align with brand strategy and business goals.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI.
- Manage marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in eCommerce, with focus on Spanish-speaking markets.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, and analytics.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Experience managing campaigns on social media, paid ads, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills.
- Data-driven, results-oriented, and proactive.
