Accountabilities:
- Drive international lead generation and contribute to revenue growth by delivering high-quality MQLs
- Plan and execute webinars, tradeshows, and marketing events that engage prospects and support sales goals
- Design and implement marketing strategies tailored to different markets and customer segments
- Optimize and experiment with acquisition channels, including paid, organic, and content marketing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment on goals
- Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to refine campaigns and increase efficiency
- Manage marketing projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or fast-paced startup/scale-up environments
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, email, and social media
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn)
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with a focus on ROI and data-driven decision-making
- Skilled in content creation and copywriting for multiple formats and channels
- Experience in project and budget management, with a creative and hands-on approach
- Native-level English required; German is a plus
