Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager, EMEA to support marketing efforts in EMEA and around the world. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in B2B SaaS, understands long sales cycles, and enjoys blending strategy with execution.
You’ll be responsible for driving brand awareness, demand generation, event marketing, and localized campaigns that support revenue growth. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and global marketing to tailor messaging to universities, research institutions, and innovation-focused organizations in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Own and execute the marketing strategy aligned with global growth goals
- Localize messaging, positioning, and campaigns for European markets
- Identify priority countries, segments, and personas within EMEA
Demand Generation & Pipeline Support
- Plan and run campaigns to drive qualified leads and sales pipeline
- Partner with sales on account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
- Support SDR and AE teams with region-specific content and enablement
Events, Conferences & Partnerships
- Lead marketing efforts for EMEA conferences, trade shows, and events (e.g., innovation, tech transfer, research, and higher-ed events)
- Coordinate pre-event, onsite, and post-event campaigns
- Build partnerships with regional associations and ecosystem players
Content & Brand
- Develop and adapt content including case studies, webinars, email campaigns, landing pages, and thought leadership
- Ensure consistent brand voice while tailoring to regional audiences
- Support PR and brand-building efforts across Europe
Performance & Analytics
- Track and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI
- Use data to continuously test, iterate, and improve results
- Share insights with global marketing and leadership teams
Qualifications
Required
- 4–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably SaaS
- Experience owning regional or international marketing efforts
- Strong understanding of demand generation and funnel marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and product
- Ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-growth environment
Preferred
- Experience marketing to universities, research organizations, or complex B2B buyers
- Multiple European languages
- Experience supporting conferences and in-person events across Europe
- Background in higher education, innovation, or impact-driven sectors
