We’re looking for a hands-on marketing leader to drive measurable growth for one of the most ambitious AI and hyperautomation companies in the world. This is not a “big-brand résumé” role — it’s for someone who can prove impact through data, creativity, and execution.
You’ll lead digital marketing strategy, build campaigns from concept to ROI, and help shape category leadership through content, community, and credibility.
What You’ll Own:
- Lead Generation: Design and execute digital campaigns that build measurable pipeline — not just impressions.
- LinkedIn Dominance: Build and scale a strong LinkedIn presence through daily content, thought leadership, and active engagement.
- Content Engine: Oversee blogs (500–800 words), social content, and newsletters that translate complex AI concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize data-driven, multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and strategic partnerships.
- ROI Reporting: Own marketing analytics and performance reporting — clearly connecting activity to pipeline and revenue impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, creative, and business teams to align and accelerate growth initiatives.
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable):
- 8+ years in enterprise technology marketing, growth, or demand generation
- Proven track record of measurable ROI and pipeline creation through digital channels
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns (not just managing teams)
- Strong LinkedIn presence (10K+ followers ideal) with visible content and engagement
- Experience producing or overseeing blogs, campaigns, and content strategy
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or high-innovation tech environments
- Comfort thriving in fast-paced, high-growth, under-resourced environments
- Strong financial discipline with ability to tie marketing activity to business outcomes
