Marketing Lead – France & Benelux
Based in The Netherlands | Hybrid or Remote with occasional in-person collaboration
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on marketing professional to lead campaign execution and market engagement for the France and Benelux region. This role combines creative thinking with data-driven execution, bringing global strategies to life in a way that resonates with local audiences.
About the Role
You will oversee the full spectrum of regional marketing activities — from developing market-specific plans and managing budgets to executing campaigns, coordinating events, and adapting content for maximum impact. Working closely with sales, client success, and global marketing teams, you’ll ensure alignment and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver regional marketing plans that align with global campaigns and local business objectives.
- Adapt content and messaging to suit local market needs, ensuring consistency across channels.
- Manage and optimise paid, earned, and owned media campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
- Collaborate on event planning (online and in-person) to support client engagement and business development.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and media contacts.
- Track performance metrics, analyse results, and implement improvements for future activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Native-level French and professional English; Dutch is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a regional marketing or field marketing role, ideally B2B in scale-up or agency.
- Strong knowledge of France, Belgium, and Netherlands markets.
- Skilled in marketing automation, CRM platforms, and digital campaign management.
- Confident in content creation, event coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a focus on measurable impact.
