We’re in an exciting early-growth phase and are now looking for a Creative Marketing Intern who wants to help build, grow and energize our brand.
You'll work closely with the founders, Fredrik & Dejan (co-founders), and will get lots of room to bring your ideas to life.
What you'll do
This role is perfect for someone who loves creativity, storytelling, experimentation and bringing ideas to life across digital channels.
You will help us:
- Build a strong and engaging presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and/or TikTok
- Initiate UGC campaigns, content collaborations and creative partnerships
- Promote our digital career tools to drive new platform signups
- Activate viral and word-of-mouth marketing experiments
- Develop unique content concepts, visuals and formats
- Contribute to brand building during a crucial growth phase
- …and launch any other ideas you believe can move HiCareer forward
You’ll have lots of creative freedom - supported by founders with long marketing experience.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who's creative and execution-driven - and thrive in a startup environment with lots of ownership.
- Native to social media (i.e LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok) and curious about new formats
- Excited about using AI tools to produce content at scale but understands the power of a human touch
- Takes initiative and enjoys running projects independently
- Moves fast, tests ideas early and iterates often
- Wants to grow within marketing, content or brand-building
- Fluent in English
Work Setup
HiCareer is remote-first, with a home base in Gothenburg.
You can be located anywhere. Being nearby is a plus, but not required.
You'll work closely with Fredrik & Dejan, the founders, and get hands-on experience in scaling a startup brand from the inside.
